Mark your calendars! Areté Living’s annual benefit open enrollment is almost here.

November 11-29, 2024

All enrollments are completed through our new UKG system, so make sure you can log in and participate before November 11th!

Areté Living’s annual benefit open enrollment starts November 11, 2024 and runs through November 29, 2024 for a start date of January 1, 2025. This is a time for employees to make changes, elect, or drop benefits without the requirement of a “qualifying event.” We encourage you to take advantage of this time to make changes that best accommodate you and your family.

If no action is taken, all benefits, except the flexible spending accounts (FSA), will roll into the 2025 plan year.

To help provide the best possible support, the benefits team will host two webinars highlighting changes, explaining the enrollment process, and answering questions.

November 7th at 2 p.m. PST (Oregon Communities)

November 14th at 9 a.m. PST (All Other Communities)
