Juli Weddle-Cavanaugh, daughter of an Avamere at Bethany resident and 2023 Mrs. Hillsboro contestant, shares her advocacy for those who are Deaf. As a Child of a Deaf Adult (CODA), Juli based her pageant platform on her advocacy and encourages others to do the work to make the world more inclusive for those who are Deaf or hard of hearing.
